Sleep Well My Baby Girl RIP Krystal

I tried to give away my baby to a good home, no one wanted her, I advertised her on here, no one was interested, I put her on a few forums I go to, still nothing, I had no choice but to surrender her to the RSPCA where after 24 hours they found her to be viscious and unable to be rehomed so she was put to sleep. I loved her so much, we had been through so much together already and it seems now all for nothing, I am heartbroken. We moved interstate to be near family due to financial problems and where we are now are strict on no pets being allowed. If I knew that her fate would be a lethal injection I would have tried harder to get her a good home, she was so friendly and pleasant, good bye my little bat girl, I will always love you.

I understand CatsRU I really do, there are so many animals surrendered each year aswell and it's impossible to rehome all of them, I just couldn't imagine Krystal being viscious, she was scared more like it, I'm sure she would have settled down with new owners, she was just scared and feeling alone and wondering why we left her.

Oh, I am so sorry that you were forced into making such a decision and it is so sad that the RSPCA made that decision so quickly. There are just so many cats out there looking for homes but she was such a pretty cat it seems mind boggling that they would assess her without giving time for her to settle. It's so terribly, terribly sad

Our Sincere Condolence for Your Loss and what You must be going through
We are Devastated at the RSPCA's very Quick Action but Not Surprised, as the Same Fate was intended for Our Sweet Sascha and her Four Beautiful Kittens because they came off a small farm outside Brisbane. I remember your Posting for Your Beautiful Girl.
RIP Beautiful Krystal

I just wanted to come back and thank you all for your kind messages of support, I probably won't be coming back after this though as I no longer own a cat but I just wanted to thank you all for your advice and support since I joined cat world when I first brought Krystal home. We went through a lot and the people on here have been invaluable so thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Yes I too was very suprised at how quick the RSPCA were to put her to sleep, I'm sure she was just very scared but would have settled down in a new home, if she hissed and bit them it wasn't because she was like that all the time, she came from a good loving home. I haven't even told the kids what happened and I don't think I ever will, in their little minds their kitty went to a new home and is very happy playing with lots of other kitties.
Good luck to you all with all your beautiful cats and kittens, they are truly the best animal to have as a pet.
