Hi Everyone, recently we have had some issues with our cat (see left) shes 2yrs old and has started to howl at our bedroom door every night - demanding in.
I have recently found out we are pregnant (finally) and I am wondering if she can sense it? has anyone heard of this before? She has become very "needy" and attentive to me, even though most of the time she is more of a daddy's girl.

Hi Mist, we don't let them (I have two cats) sleep with us, they are both a bit too awake during the night and we dont get a full night sleep. We find they end up playing in our room and pulling at the venitans to see outside.
Besides that it will be good once baby comes, that way I don't have to tend to baby and cats in the middle of the night.
I forgot to mention, they do have their own beds in the living area of the house.

.....as suggested either confine to their area but if it is open plan put them overnight in a smaller area such as the laundry - you should be able to make them comfortable there and it is a good idea to train them - if you can train a cat - to be there from now until when the bub arrives.
PS I think she knows as well.
