Hi Everyone -

My name's Coral and I'm a writer. We live just outside Melbourne in the Dandenong Ranges - the home of Puffing Billy

We have three gorgeous babies who allow us to be their slaves. Two are Burmillas, and one is a big applehead Siamese boy. All are from Perth - Whooshka, our Siamese, was a stray - the two girls, Soraya and Milly, are retired queens.

I have seen on the cats for sale forum some breeders saying that their retired adults need to be only cats....not so, but adoptive parents need to have a LOT of patience. Soraya spent 10 weeks hiding and hissing before "the Cat Whisperer" ( the family's name for me) wore her down. Now she is sitting beside me on the computer pawing at my hands so I will tickle her. All of them are an absolute joy.

As soon as I find out how to upload pictures I will post some. Meanwhile I'm happy to be with so many other Cat Crazies happydance.gif

I write television drama and films.
We came to Melbourne last year after 4 years in Perth - which we loved.

I THINK I have managed to post a picture of Milly. She is such a Diva she would insist on going first!!!
