Hi Nicole - lovely little baby - he looks very very young in that photo - would have to wait a while to give him a name....

Mia is a nice name for the tortie girl

Well the Dad would be (Sookie) Pedigree name Kriska Moonlight Majic His mother is (Melody) Sharada Moonlight Dreamer so I would think of a Dream name or something to do with the Moon, stars planets etc yes.gif

Ohhhh these babies are very interesting - they must be from the early weaning programme......will be interesting to watch them grow up.

I agree that you can incorporate the Dream theme or maybe their mum - don't know her name ....but the tortie must be by Custard - so you could always go that direction but Mia is a very nice name so i would stay with that.

Custard has a lovely temperament......as does Sookie - so good luck with them they should make lovely pets.

If they are bubs from an early weaned program, I would be very interested to know if the kittens will be cornavirus tested before being rehomed, especially due to coming from two different breeders. Even if these breeders work together they are still exposed to different germs. I for one would never rehome a kitten with another kitten from a different household and I am not breeding cornavirus free kittens.

I would also be interested to know what age the kittens were seperated from mum and cornavirus transfer can happen as young as two weeks of age.

I am surprised that the breeders have agreed to rehoming with another young kitten, they motive is obviously to reduce the risk of FIP and I would have thought that they would have preferred to sell 2 kittens from the one litter and if not at least from the same household.

Saying that, they are lovely kittens and I am sure once they arrive they will provide you with years of love and fun.

im sure kye and leesa wouldnt have let me take both their babies home if they thought they would be at any risk. kye has just been wonderful going to the extra trouble of finding me mia- as i really wanted a choc even though she wasnt from kyes litter. You can really tell she loves all her cats and kittens, they are from the early weaning program.
