Oh I couldn't work for him, I'd be in bits too but I just find it comical I really do, he cannot be that bad to his own real staff surely.

I have been watching his Kitchen Nightmares series and find it really funny but no wonder he swears so much. I am surprised at the number of people who must think anyone can run a good restaurant, the changes he makes always seem so fundamental and the number of the chefs who hadn't tasted what is on the menu seems to say a lot about why there are problems with the chosen restaurants. The series we are getting is a few years old so it would be interesting to know if these restaurants are still around with the same management a few years later.

Judging by his menu suggestions I imagine his cooking shows are worth a look, I also am a veggie so no there's not much on most cooking programs but I do appreciate the skill of a good cook, wish I was better at it! I'd hate to imagine what you would get as a veggie option at some of the nightmare kitchens!

The UK programs we get are usually so out of date, most seem to be at least 2 years old sad.gif

I find him so incredibly rude, he makes me cringe. Such awful language and attitude, reminds me of the nuns teaching/beating me when I grew up 45-50 years ago! A disgusting show and I don't understand how it can be shown on air at any time with all that horrible language and attitude.

I have been watching also, I love him, yes he is rude, but geeeee's some people should not be allowed in the kitchen, especially that last guy, couldnt even cook. As soon as he left things fell apart, and they were back to breakfast menu's.

I would love to own a small restaurant and cook up a storm.
