I have never had a cat with no teeth, but I did have an elderly cat that was unable to chew any more. I mixed canned cat food with a little baby food in a food processor, and he could lick the food up. Just make sure you use a meat flavored baby food. Use whatever flavor of canned cat food he is used to, so that you won't upset his tummy.

Two years ago I took Lucy to the Vet for her annual checkup. The Vet said to leave her there for the day as her teeth needed scaling badly.
When I picked her up the only teeth she had left were the front ones and the incisors (sp) every other one had to be removed due to very bad gum disease and decay! I had no idea.
As soon as we got home she raced to the "crunchies" bowl and started to eat! I expect she was swallowing them whole but she was so hungry because she hadn't been fed since early that morning.
Now she eats anything. I do cut it up finely though but she really has never been very interested in anything but her crunchies. I buy the dental ones for Sophie and Lucy eats those without a worry too and they are much bigger than her crunchies. I put down a bowl of fancy feast once a day and usually Sophie eats that but Lucy will eat a couple of mouthfulls too.
Like humans, each cat is different and can react in different ways too. If you have any worries or queries just ask your Vet when you pick him up. Good luck for Wednesday.

I remember a Burmese cat that had all of her teeth removed at age 5 due to severe dental disease ("trench mouth"). She is still living a long and healthy life and simply eats small kibble dry biscuits and canned food. Her digestive system does all the "chewing" for her.
