Wey Hey, Doctor Who starts again tomorrow night!! Will anyone be watching? I just love David Tennant (great cheeky smile!) and did you know Catherine Tate has a Ginger cat she rescued from Battersea?

The trailers look fantastic and my 12 yr old son can't wait for 6.20pm. Anyone else a fan?

My two (10 & 7) have Dr Who as bedtime stories! We're going through all the books Tennant is in, plus the previous Dr. They saw trailers but the latest series hasn't appeared down in Oz yet, so we've been borrowing DVDs and soundtracks from the library. These two are Dr Who mad!!! 7yo makes his own paper dalek puppets...

Not prone to nightmares then I assume! My son is also reading the books, he definately prefers the ones with David Tennant in to Christopher Eccleston (although I was sad to see him leave after the first series, fantastic actor).

Dalek paper puppets - sound fantastic! Can he make Cybermen too? wink_3.gif

They didn't get to see the series at night time (or at least the younger one didn't) after a great reluctance to be left alone when it was time to go to bed! That's why the library DVDs have been so good - they've been watched over and over again during the daylight hours!!!! Youngest says no, he can't make paper cybermen .... but there are pictures of the TARDIS galore! And of course Rose was his favourite....

7yo thinks the Ood(?) are cute! He liked the Reapers!!! He also likes Donna (now there's no connection with the baddies there - he just likes her!). Come to think of it he likes most girls - have to keep an eye on him when he's older....

Yeah, Reapers were pretty cool! He must have liked Kylie in the Christmas special (have you had that yet?)

How about the Absorbaloff??

Absorboloff didn't leave much of an impression(!) - think they thought that one was pretty boring. And Kylie was "OK" but not as good as Donna or Rose....

Yep, Krillitanes went down well with the chips! How about all the phrases that stick? OH and I often get into the "What!" "What?" "What!" from when Donna appeared. Any other favourite phrases??

I'm in the US, but I love Dr. Who, and Torchwood too! Tennant is definitely "my" doctor, although Eccelston was good too.

Favourite phrases? Hmmm, David Tennant in his first episode saying "and this hand is a FIGHTING hand!" Or "Allons-y".

Yep, Torchwood's good too but I've missed quite a few of those. John Barrowman is a bit of a dish though!
