Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site and I have a question I thought you all could help me with.

My husband (Noel) and I (stef) just adopted a Devon and she loves to rub her head against my husband's chin. Needless to say, it's been a week now and she is loosing fur on her head and behind her ear as my husband's chin can be rough by the end of the day. Is this OK? confused1.gif

I have never had a Devon before and I'm a bit concerned.

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks, Stef

Hi Stef,
So you finally got your Devon hey? smile.gif

Yep, my Devons often rub their fur off in places.
It sounds like she has taken a liking to Noel!

ETA. Welcome to Cat-world too!

Hi guys,

It's taken me days to get back on so apologies for not responding sooner.

Yes, we adopted a 4 year old and she is still very scared and under the bed most of the day, but when she does come out she is a lover. She rubs against Noel constantly and me too, but my chin is not so rough!

I was just worried as I said, but feel better now.

We can't wait until she is confident enough to sit with us in the living room, etc.

Thanks for the advise and the welcome!

Stef
