Totally agree Steve, Rachel should have gone - completely flat she was. Either her or Daniel with his uninspiring performance of a very dull Mariah song.

I was gutted when Laura was voted off she was my favourite, I adore Diana and want her to win but I think Alexandra will win.

Poor Diana is being drowned out by Alxandra, I'm glad the voters kept her in, although I thought this week Ruth was the best singer, but as we know, it's not how you sing it's how popular you are, I'm with you on Diana winning, What about Brittany, she didn't mime to good to her record did she.... smiley_lol.gif

For those interested, these were the contestants first songs, Ruth, who is first, was the one voted out this week.

Ruths song

Alixandras song

Dianas song

JLS's song

And
Eoghan's song (said Owen)

The contestants do have some fun
Hit me baby one more time.

I think something is going wrong with this show lol, seems the best gets voted off. I thought Brittany looked fantastic, especially after recent pictures of her.

And it was! Quite right too in my opinion. I thought her duet with Beyonce was fantastic - and didn't Beyonce put Britney's performance to shame......now there's an artist who can sing live.

I am grateful to this thread for bringing me, via a circuitous route, to the attention of Jeff Buckey's version of Hallelujah, which is just stunning. smile.gif

Sara, you cannot beat the Maestro and composer of this beautiful song - the one and only gorgeous Leonard Cohen - SWOOOON
