I think this topic fits rightly into here as it is to do with care and maintenance of the cat. OK, my sister in Brisbane has told me that since I am snowed in and have time on my hands I can do the research for/about online places to shop and buy things for cats (wormers, deflea-ers, urine off, brushes, toys and other cat related products) in Aus.

Dont you just love it when, even though they are correct about your free time, people feel they can just hijack that time for their own benefit????lol

I have seen from time to time members listing sites in their posts but a search on keywords has failed to bring any of them up for me sad.gif ... so I am hoping I can get members to contribute a whole heap under this thread in the one place so that one need not have to go all over the place in search of them!!! I saw in Lushbaby's post under purebred she mentions one site which i am including here. Any others would be MOST welcome.

THanks you all

Krystina

I get a lot of stuff from The Vet Shed

Your sister in Brisbane can pick up from there if she is close. Will save on postage. They are in Sumner Park. They are very helpful on the phone too.

I can't get all Rufus's food from the one place, typical, so I use vetnpet plus www.vetproductsdirect.com.au and petalia through the Canberra Vet Hospital.

I could have used this list yesterday when I was looking for flea products. My only gripe was one site wanted you to print out & post or fax the form. That would have involved turning on my unused PC, re-filling out the form (that I'd just filled in), printing it out & posting it. I gave up & went to Vet Products Direct where it's all done online.

oh a friend in Western Australia has sent me this online site .... the prices are a tad higher but they include a door delivery service (which explains away the postal charges for the other sites) in the metro area

If that was pricelesspets.com.au you can just pick up the phone and put an order in.

I wish SOMEONE would pin this thread ...I spent ages searching for it as I could not remember a keyword to bring it up. Thanks for the sites Kryssykat, much appreciated ... I am saving heaps by getting my Revolution from them ... for 6 months worth i pay near $60 but the vet wants $99!!!! for the same product! don't understand why vets put on such a huge markup as obviously these online suppliers are making a profit although much less a margin than vet ripoffs.

I just went looking for revolution and found the best price and free shipping at the vet shed, mentioned above. They are having a sale on revolution on right now, too.
