Very very true. Having suffered from Post Traumatic stress Disorder (PTSD) for 16 yrs, suppressing your feeling of guilt, grief, pretending everything is OK can take its toll sometime in the future when least expected.
It is OK to talk about your feeling, but best of all is a friend or someone that can listen, really listen and hear what being is said, and validate the persons feelings, can make all the difference.
My heart goes out to all the folk affected by this tragedy, and thanks to all those many wonderful people that are helping.
