Many apologies, didn't mean to cross any lines or break any rules.

Was just about the koala that made all the photos and the world news, how she has found a 'love' in another koala that was also rescued, and how beautiful it was.

Many apologies once again.

that poor little koala ....how terrified she must have been, and a lonely survivor, and scared witless at human approach yet desperate enough to trust to get a drink ... hope she and Bob go on and help repopulate the depleted koala population

I saw that last night Rachelle, the Koala looked right at home in the kitchen lol. Poor thing had burnt hands and feet though, I think they said it would have to be in a refuge for 7 months. I am so grateful to the caring people who are looking after all these poor creatures.

The most beautiful and uplifting photograph I have seen in a long time. That kind man and most grateful koala with her paw on his hand. It has been seen all over the world. It was lovely to see her all bandaged and in safe hands and to read that she had a found a friend.

I agree with everyone!!!

I just saw the article about " Sam " the Koala, and read the story updating on how " Sam and Bob " are healing. Then I had to go back and read the orginial stories about how Sam was found and the firefighter who shared his water with the little fellow. ( I haven't been on in a couple of days.)

How horrible for this little guy and all the wildlife in Australia. I can just imagine how scared they have all been, and how grateful " Sam " must have been, to be given some cool water and taken out of there.

This was such a wonderful story to read amid all the devasting news that Australia has going on right now. You will continue to be in my prayers.

Rhonda
