We have been using oz pet litter for 1 week now, and loving it. No smell so easy to clean too. We use cloth nappies with our children and have a little squirt http://www.naturesch..._cleaner/1629/1 that we use to quickly spray off poo into the toilet. Well, I have started using it to clean the bottom half of the oz litter tray and it is so quick and easy. You can pick them up at bunnings and plumbing stores as well as online.

What a great idea.
If only it was around when mine were using cloth nappys. I did it the hard way over the laundry tub but it looks like it could be adapted to attach to a laundry tub as well.

I had one (12 years ago now) and they are great. I am not sure oz pet is flushable? We have a septic anyway so litter goes on a big compost heap (the benefit of a huge block).

I was just reading some old old threads in here about the various kitty litters and any pet litter that swells could very well be a hazard to your plumbing, particularly if you get tree roots in the pipes. So I would err on the side of caution and compost it or bury it in the garden rather than flush any into the system.
