I'm sure I'm not the only one out there who is looking for more ways to help but can't really afford what they'd like to at the moment. Obviously there's donating items, blood etc, but there are others. I've just done a quick search through websites for survey groups I'm a member of and my credit card provider, and quite a few of these are letting people donate their reward points, which are being converted to funds for the Red Cross. For example, for each 50 reward points I had with AC Nielsen, I was able to contribute $5.


Edited to add: Flybuys is doing it too, with a minimum of 2500 points.
