ok this has come across my desk for help, in regard to someone I know up the kinglake area:

"However, they have lost their house and the kids have lost their pets. They have been loaned a caravan so, in the limit, they are getting by.
He would love to get his hands on a portable shower and toilet.
Anyone out there able to help?"
