A new series of BGT is on at the moment here are a couple of the acts that have captured everyone.

Firstly, one you even in Australia must have seen as she's become a Youtube hit

Susan Boyle

Then there is Shaheen, started off badly with Amy Whino but Simon got him to change his song
Shaheen

And a Sax player
Julian Smith
Can't wait to hear more from him

Then you get the weird
Peter Coghlan
Personally I would have buzzed him too

And
Darth Jackson
Would have been better if he'd merged the 2 songs together

Then the dance troupes
Flawless

The list goes on in Youtube... smiley_lol.gif

They are all great performers in there own right but Julian with the sax does it for me,

Well I better phrase that differently "his music does" flowers.gif ,

The Sax is a glorious instrument, I cannot play it and guess I will never be able to so will stick to the keyboard and guitar but the sax when played like that is just mindblowing,

The sax has a special sound of its own and although I am a stringed instrument person I could listen to that sax all day, Magnificent, he makes it sing,

Cheers,Paul

Flawless was very good, but I love Susan Boyle because she is really Ms Average and has an ordinary life in a quiet village and this opportunity has come so in late in life, in terms of having a professional career.

Definately, Susans voice is heartstopping,
The typical modern day marketing methods have stopped me from watching these shows but that lady has a future in my eyes,
She has the voice of an angel and could do stage musicals and all sorts,
Who cares if she doesnt look like many other beauties that couldnt hold a note without a 32 track studio and voice effect electronics backing them up,

I will buy her album as soon as it is avail,
Music is music, voice and instruments, not a fashion show to me,
She is simply brilliant,
She is pretty in my eyes just due to the way she sings,
I wish her well

Cheers,Paul

I haven't seen them all yet but Shaheen was fantastic! What a great voice for a 12 year old boy!

Thanks for these links, Susan hit the National News the following day in Australia. I heard today that it had made the most hits on utube and was going to get around to checking it out.
You made it all easy.....their is sure some talent around! The greatest talent can be so fragile in the hands of the music machine. Lets hope that some of these endure for our ongoing enjoyment.
