I'm wanting to net in my balcony and I'm wondering if clear / invisible netting exists.

I've seen lots of black netting, but I don't think my strata will approve it.

Or is it dangerous to birds? Would hate to find a bird tangled in my netting (not that I've ever seen any on my balcony).

My other option is cafe blinds, but then the cats wouldn't be able to feel the wind / sun etc.

Any other suggestions?
