you came to us a year a go when your real mummy was going into a nursing home you brought so much joy to us over this year that we have had you.
rest in peace my sweet beautiful senior may you and your mummy meet at the rainbow bridge. so that you can both be back together again.

i dont know your exact dates that you were born but i will always remember this day when you left our lives.

i will always love you. you will be in our hearts for ever.

rest in peace now my sweet jazz
