I was out shopping tonight and spotted some pink containers which I thought would make a perfect litter tray for use with Oz-Pet. The top tray is about half the depth of the bottom, and fits inside it perfectly.

After about an hour of drilling numerous holes, here is the end result.....

The top tray

Great job and Poppy is showing that she likes your handiwork too.

When you make your next one, try drilling some larger holes, it makes the sifting job easier. You know now that you have made one and have discovered that you love wielding that drill you will have to make more trays. LOL

I'm quite happy with how it turned out. It's bigger and has higher sides than a normal scratchbox - which is good as Lily is very enthusiastic when it comes to covering what she's done and I usually end up with kitty litter all over the bathroom floor blink.gif

So far so good. I think I will take the tray away with BC in it today and see how the girls cope.

Well who's the clever one? That is great and I bet you saved heaps as well. Where did you buy the containers from Jess? I would like to do the same thing and it is great to see that they will be used.

what I found is that the sawdust tend to sit around the edges and that it is best to drill the holes in the corners all the way around, looks great
