Hello everyone

I wonder if anyone could answer me a few questions

We have just adopted a 4 year old neutered male cat called Fraggle from the RSPCA and we are not sure how to show him the litter tray and if he will use it. If anyone could help me we would be very very grateful.

Also he was a stray and is very underweight, does anyone know how many times a day we should feed him - the RSPCA told us we could feed him three times a day until he builds his weight back up and leave him biscuits throughout the day. We fetched him home this afternoon and have fed him to Felix pouches but he still seems to be hungry. Not sure whether to feed him again or to leave him until the morning

Thank you so much

As a stray he might keep on eating even when he's full ..JUST in case the food goes away. Try leaving some dry food out for him so he can snack at first.
Firstly enclose him with his food ,water bedding and a litter tray ..he just needs to know where it is ..and a few days in "his" room will sort him out.

I wouldn't let him out, he doesn't know where home is ..just in case he's used to toiletting outside I'd put him in his room...don't want a present at the back door.

I feed my two cats Fancy Feast in the mornings, raw beef strips for dinner and Royal Canin biscuits 24/7. If you leave his biscuits out for him he can eat at his own pace. Good luck with your new furry.
