Well a while ago now we picked up a greenhouse/shadehouse that was made with wire panels and shadecloth - we dismantled it ...after about 5-6 hours. After about three hours and a trip to bunnings the OH was ready to give them back their money and leave them the shade house - but we persevered...especially since we had it half down! After about 5-6 hours we got it onto the roof of the car and drove it home across town and took another hour or two to get it off the car and get it into the yard.

Several months down the track we got around to slowly putting it back together...and with a lot of hours put in by the OH we have a great cat run. Here are the pics -

Not quite finished...

Everyone... i think (ETA - oops...missing Mikayla!)-

And the old cat tree we put out there once we got the nice new one smile.gif

We put turf down and cat grass/mint/nip/etc in there as well - they have a water bowl out there and free access in and out. At the moment we are looking at putting in a sliding door on a pulley system inside to lock them in or out - mostly because at this stage the kittens are too small and could easily get out - but i can't see it being too long before the littles are big enough to venture into the run smile.gif

ETA - just one more pic of the new cat tree since Mikayla wasn't in the other pics...lol

( I was going to title this thread "Was a Greenhouse - Now a Cat House" but thought perhaps that wasn't appropriate wink_3.gif lol)

That looks absolutely great - bet it gets the paw or approval......just one question - what about the dirt area - don't they dig and use it as a toilet......lol.

The cat trees are also pretty cool....

Hehe...as to the toilet...well only one cat has that problem sad.gif We will be putting turf there as well...but there was a bed there that Chaos poo'd in, so we took the bed off and left the hammock, so he poo'd in that - he also poos in the grass. None of the others do, they all come inside to use the trays...lol.

Mind you Chaos was pooing on the laundry floor but now poos out in the run - which means one lses for me to clean up (i do the trays) and the OH cleans the run *laughs*
