Hi everyone,
Today I found a nice cane basket at Ikea, as Atticus has finally outgrown the cardboard box bed he has had for daytime since I got him! (He sleeps with me at night, of course!)

I used the blankets we have had for him and put a nice new blue polar fleece kids blanket over the top of it all ($7 at Coles). It looks a lot nicer than the old scratched up cardboard box, because the cat adventure playground (still a work in progress) and bed is all in the loungeroom.
The basket was only $7.95 - http://www.ikea.com/...oducts/30095313

Atticus looks nice and comfortable in his new basket. All at a great price too.

Ikea is so good!
They had quite a cool range of pet things today but I figure we have enough bedding for now. We need a climbing tree! (Going to try to make one)

We have that bed too.

I found Idea great for our cat place mats (for under their food) and food bowls.
they also have some really great polar fleece blankets, they were really cheap but I can't remember exactly how much!!! they have cute little poor prints on them smile.gif

ikea has like polar fleece blankets for $5. bargain!!!

i am totally loving ikea, we just got a new one in perth and it's gigantic and i go there at least once a week which is pretty terrible but oh well!

i got this for my lot: http://cebas.ikea.co...s...30&Scat=103

not cheap but it's awesome! i put a polar fleece blanket on it, but i got the special pet one they have which is $15 but it has footprints on it, so i know it's THEIR one. and LOVE it. it's used all the time, and whenever ellie is missing she's usually int he bottom hiding.

i got it with my tax return as i'd wanted it for ages and i couldn't justify the price lol.

Sophie has that cat bed; she loves it (although it was $70 when I bought it!) I put it beside the lounge so she can be next to me without being on my lap - not a lap cat! - and she's there beside me every night as I watch telly or whatever. I bought a $7 baby blanket and have that folded in four in the top bit and it's perfect.

I have spent soooooooooo much on cat beds and after about a week they all just go back to my bed or the couch, I will not buy cat beds anymore I promise!
