Dear Quisling,
I still miss your happy little face first thing in the morning. It will be six months tomorrow since you were taken from us. Last month on the fifth monthly anniversary of your death, a little black boy was born. He is as black as you were white. I am hoping he will come and take the place that was rightfully yours. He'll be coming on Mummy and Daddy's first wedding anniversary in September. The dates were so right it sounded like it was a message.
I got a big picture of you done up for the wall, so I see you every day. I put the boxes away, because your brothers Minke and Goreme are little rascals and nothing is sacred.
I wish you were still with us, the family isn't right without you.
Love,
Mummy
Quisling

Hugs to you-you will always have your precious memories. Happy for you that you are opening your heart to another furry one in September-wishing you many many years of happiness with your new kitty. Sounds like this new one was sent from above. All the best to you.
